We close the last mile everyone else skips

Most assistive tools are good at describing the world — telling you what’s in front of you. But when someone who is blind wants to actually complete a purchase — compare products, place an order, pay, confirm delivery — the barriers are still everywhere.

HearSeeU focuses on that long-overlooked layer: accessibility at the point of transaction. We believe being able to buy what you need on your own isn’t just about convenience — it’s about dignity.

HearSeeU was founded by Ken Lee, who brings 16+ years of retail-technology experience across Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macau, with hands-on integration of POS, e-commerce, membership, and OMO systems. We’re putting retail expertise to work for the people it most often overlooks.
